When your car has been in an accident, the repairer you choose matters far more than most drivers realise. The difference between a genuinely expert collision repair and a rushed, poorly executed one can show up months later — in paint that does not quite match, panels that are slightly misaligned, or hidden structural issues that quietly compromise the safety of your vehicle. At Fair Deal Accident Expert, we have spent over 15 years making sure Edinburgh drivers never have to worry about any of that.
Our fully equipped body shop is not a back-street operation. We use professional spray booth technology, computerised colour-matching systems, digital chassis alignment equipment, and OEM-specification parts to carry out repairs that are genuinely indistinguishable from the original. Every job — from a small dent and scratch to a full structural collision repair — leaves our workshop backed by a written lifetime workmanship guarantee.
We carry out repairs to insurance-approved standards, so you can be confident that every job is completed properly and to a high specification.
For drivers who were not at fault in their accident, we handle the entire insurance claim process from start to finish at absolutely no cost to you. No excess. No loss of no-claims bonus. A courtesy car so you keep moving while your vehicle is in our care (all subject to terms and conditions). Many of our customers are surprised to discover just how straightforward the process can be when the right people are handling it.
The first step is simple. Call us on 0131 443 0770, WhatsApp on 07391 616 966, or use our online booking form. We will arrange for one of our assessors to carry out a full digital damage assessment and provide you with a written estimate — no charge, no obligation. We explain exactly what needs to be done, how long it will take, and — if you are making an insurance claim — what to expect from that process. We keep you updated at every stage. When your car is ready, we carry out a comprehensive quality inspection before handover so you drive away with complete confidence.
Accident repair in Edinburgh does not have to be stressful. With Fair Deal, it very rarely is.
From a minor parking dent to a full structural collision repair — every service backed by our lifetime guarantee and carried out by certified Edinburgh technicians.
There is a reason drivers from across Edinburgh return to Fair Deal and recommend us to friends and family. We do honest work, we are transparent about costs, and we do not cut corners. Every vehicle that leaves our care meets the same standard — whether it is a ten-year-old hatchback or a brand-new prestige SUV.
Our technicians are trained and certified. Our equipment is current. Our repairs are carried out to insurance-approved standards. But beyond the technicalities, what we are most proud of is how our customers feel when they collect their repaired vehicle. They expected a fixed car — they get one that looks like the accident never happened.
If you have been in an accident — whether you were at fault or not — call us first. We will give you honest, straightforward advice about your options with no obligation and no pressure.
